رییس جمهور منتخب اولین جلسه کمیته ای متشکل از روسای دستگاههای نظارتی و اطلاعاتی کشور را با هدف تدوین راهکارهای اصلاح بسترهای فسادزا در دولت تشکیل داد.
به نقل از روابط عمومی دفتر رئیس جمهور منتخب، حجت الاسلام والمسلمین سیدابراهیم رئیسی شخصاً اولین جلسه کمیته ای متشکل از روسای دستگاههای نظارتی و اطلاعاتی کشور را تشکیل داد تا پیش از زمان رسمی استقرار دولت جدید، براساس آسیب شناسی ها و تجارب پیشین خود در مبارزه با فساد، راهکارهای اجرایی برای ایجاد تحول در سازوکارهای فسادزای دولت و اقدامات اولویت‌دار را پیشنهاد نمایند.
تدوین دستورالعمل‌ها و ابلاغیه‌های مورد نیاز به منظور اصلاح سازوکارهای اقتصادی فسادآفرین و رانت زا، زمینه‌های بروز فساد و نیز پیشگیری از وقوع جرم در نظام بانکی، مالیات، گمرک، مناقصات دولتی، قاچاق سازمان یافته و ارایه نقشه راه عملیاتی برای ایجاد شفافیت در نظامات اقتصادی کشور و تحقق سامانه جامع اطلاعات اقتصادی کشور، از جمله ماموریت‌های محوله به این کمیته است.
رئیسی در ابتدای این جلسه با اشاره به این نکته که یکی از انتظارات مردم از دولت جدید ریشه کنی فساد است، اظهار داشت: آغاز این کار تا زمان استقرار دولت نباید به تاخیر بیفتد و زمینه های آن از الان باید فراهم شود تا در روز نخست تشکیل دولت، اقدامات عینی را آغاز کنیم.
وی ادامه داد: آسیب شناسی های انجام شده توسط دستگاههای نظارتی را ما باید به آسیب زدایی تبدیل کنیم.
رئیس جمهور منتخب با اشاره به حضور روسای دستگاه ها و نهادهای مختلف نظارتی در این جلسه گفت: انتظار بنده از این جلسه با توجه انباشت «تجربه مبارزه با فساد» و داشتن «آسیب شناسی خوب از دستگاههای اجرایی» و «شناخت قابل قبول از بسترهای تولید فساد در دولت» این است که اولا نتایج حاصل از آسیب شناسی دستگاههای اجرایی و اطلاعات خود در خصوص «بسترها»، «ریشه ها» و «گلوگاههای تولید فساد» در دولت را جمع بندی و به ما اعلام نمایید.
رئیسی در ادامه با تشریح انتظارات دیگر از این کمیته افزود: برای ایجاد تحول در نظام اداری کشور به منظور خشکاندن ریشه های فساد، راهکارهای موثر اجرایی پیشنهاد کنید تا از روز اول استقرار دولت، اقدام و عمل را بدون فوت وقت آغاز کنیم.
در این جلسه حجت الاسلام سید محمود علوی وزیر اطلاعات، حجت الاسلام حسین طائب رییس سازمان اطلاعات سپاه، مهرداد بذرپاش رییس دیوان محاسبات، حجت الاسلام نصرالله پژمانفر رییس کمیسیون اصل نود مجلس، فرزاد مخلص الائمه معاون سازمان بازرسی کل کشور کاظم پالیزدار دبیر ستاد هماهنگی مبارزه با مفاسد اقتصادی با اشاره به روحیه و منش ضد فساد آیت الله رییسی و اقدامات موثر و امید آفرین وی در قوه قضاییه، دلگرمی و چشم امید مردم به دولت جدید را مورد اشاره قرار دادند و با ارایه گزارشی از حوزه فعالیت و اقدامات نهاد متبوعه خود، پیشنهادات و راهکارهایی را برای برخورد جدی با بسترهای فسادزا در دولت سیزدهم مطرح کردند.
